Miguel Bello, director of Investor Relations at GeoPark, said on September 11, 2026, at the Nuam Asobolsa Congress in Cartagena that the company is studying a dual listing of its shares on the Colombian stock exchange in addition to its NYSE listing.

Bello made the statement at the congress, which also featured Ricardo Hausmann, a Venezuelan economist and Harvard professor, who said on September 10 that Colombia cannot solve its fiscal problem by increasing tax burdens.
